The Youth Alliance Summit Malaysia 2025, organized by Universal Youth Alliance, is a transformative program designed to empower youth with the skills and knowledge necessary to become future leaders and change-makers. Taking place from June 14 to June 17, 2025, in Malaysia, this three-day flagship event will bring together exceptional young professionals, activists, and visionaries from around the world.
Through interactive sessions, experiential learning activities, and expert-led discussions, participants will enhance their leadership, teamwork, and strategic decision-making skills. The summit will also address critical global issues such as mental health, youth empowerment, and sustainable development, inspiring delegates to take actionable steps toward building a more inclusive, sustainable, and equitable world.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Open to all regions and nationalities
- No IELTS Required
- Age: 18-45 Years (Students, recent graduates, young professionals are encouraged.
- Background: Open to individual with any educational or working background.
- Availability: Participants must be able to attend the full duration of the event from 14 June 2025.
Theme & Objectives
Youth Empowerment
This initiative encourages young leaders to actively shape the future through transformative leadership and advocacy. Participants will engage in workshops and discussions to learn how to promote inclusive policies and amplify their voices on critical global and community issues.
Mental Health & Well-Being
Recognizing the growing mental health challenges among youth, this theme focuses on exploring root causes, reducing stigma, and fostering supportive environments. Participants will gain strategies to enhance mental well-being, build resilience, and create a culture of openness and care.
Leadership for Change
This theme equips young professionals with the skills and knowledge to lead societal progress and advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). Delegates will explore collaborative approaches to inspire change and implement community-driven solutions.
Diplomacy & Global Governance
Focusing on the role of youth in shaping global leadership, this theme empowers participants to engage in diplomacy and governance. Delegates will gain insights into governance structures, diplomatic careers, and advocacy strategies to influence global policies and foster inclusive leadership.
Youth Advocacy for Social Justice
This theme emphasizes the vital link between youth empowerment and social justice. Delegates will explore ways to identify and address societal inequities, advocate for equality, and foster inclusivity and fairness in their communities.
Experiential Learning & Collaboration
This hands-on theme focuses on teamwork, strategic decision-making, and real-world problem-solving. Participants will engage in collaborative activities, simulations, and discussions to gain practical tools for tackling complex challenges and driving meaningful impact.

What Should I Do if I Don’t Have a Passport?
While we strongly recommend all applicants possess a valid passport for travel, you may apply by submitting your National ID in the passport section. However, ensure you obtain your passport before the event date.
How Can I Pay the Application Fee?
The application fee must be paid using a debit or credit card. If you do not have one, you may use a card from a friend or family member. Payments are processed through the Stripe payment gateway, ensuring safety and security.
When Will I Be Informed About the Status of My Application?
If your application is for the social media campaign, the results will be announced on May 1, 2025.
Can I Make Changes to My Application After It Has Been Submitted?
No modifications or updates can be made once an application has been submitted. Ensure all details are accurate before submission.
Can the Application Fee Be Refunded?
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and applies to scholarship categories.
What Is the Application Submission Deadline?
The deadline to submit applications is 1st May 2025, at 23:59 GMT.
