My name is Odinakhon Mukhtarova, a dedicated and accomplished student currently pursuing my studies at Xiamen University Malaysia on a 100% scholarship. My academic and social journey has been marked by significant achievements and opportunities that have shaped my skills and experiences. In 2022, I participated in the fully funded ICT4girls event in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, which focused on empowering young women in information and communication technology. This experience provided me with valuable insights and a deeper understanding of the dynamic ICT field. Additionally, I was awarded a full scholarship to study 3D programming in Andijan, Uzbekistan, where I developed my technical skills and gained expertise in programming and 3D technology. At Xiamen University Malaysia, I have taken on leadership roles, including serving as the class representative, where I acted as a liaison between students and faculty to ensure effective communication and address concerns. I have also consistently led group assessments, guiding my peers toward successful project completion and fostering a collaborative and productive environment. These experiences have honed my technical, leadership, communication, and organisational skills. I am passionate about using my knowledge and experiences to make a positive impact and continue seeking opportunities for growth and learning in my academic and professional journey. Volunteering with Universal Youth Alliance aligns with my mission to empower youth and promote inclusivity in education and technology.
